Notification of any damages/shortages must be received within 14 days.

Please return your frame in it’s original packaging together with a covering letter explaining the nature of the problem.

We cannot be held responsible for damage occurring due to poor packaging or glass being sent through the post.

Many of the items that we sell are personalized and produced specifically, if any of the services below have been used we may deduct a handling charge for work carried out.

• Bespoke framing services are subject to a handling charge if returned.

• Charges for special foiling are non-refundable.

• Any gift-wrapping services.

• None of the above affects your statutory rights.
